[Everything doTERRA] Stomach Upset from Oil Ingestion?

Hello! Each time I've given my 19 year old oils in a capsule, they have given her serious stomach upset issues. The first time it was Digestzen & the second time it was frankincense & Oregano. She ate food (oatmeal) with them both times to help. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
