I'd add detox baths to your daily routine on top of Pat's suggestions. Baking soda, Apple Cider with the mother, like Braggs, Epsom salts, kelp are all good additions to your bath. You can add essential oils to your bath as well. Add a few vitamin C capsules to neutralize the chlorine. Rashes/eczema are a sign that you aren't removing toxins though normal channels like liver, kidney, etc.
Also, make sure you're eliminating well. Calm magnesium can help with sluggish bowels. If toxins can't come out through normal channels, they'll come through your skin.
Are you drinking plenty of clean water? We should all aim for half our body weight in ounces, especially when cleansing.
