[Everything doTERRA] Re: Hair loss and LLV suggestions

From "Aromatherapy for Beauty, Hair and Skin" by Erich Keller (available from AromaTools:  For normal to dry hair, use 4 drops each cedarwood, rosemary, frankincense and/or lavender / clary sage in an ounce of jojoba oil (or EVCO).  Spread through hair.  Leave on for a while (I leave in for an hour or two.)  Wash out with doTERRA shampoo and conditioner.  I have found that by doing this consistently since January, my hair loss has stopped and I do believe it might have even reversed.  Certainly, my hair is healthier than its been in years.

That's my two cents! :)

I have been asked by an elderly lady how stop hair loss. I am telling her to make sure there are no underlying medical issues first. I have seen the recommendation for LLV. I look in my book and there are several options, Apha CRS+, VMz, xEO, vEO. Does it matter which one for hair loss? This lady is in her 80's I don't see her taking all of them. I will recommend using lavender and Rosemary when she washes her hair, but evidently she doesn't do that very often because she goes to the salon and has it styled.
