I too have some of both and I second Pat's suggestion. Lemongrass is especially good for healing tendons and ligaments and the Deep Blue Rub is great for the pain. If you have sensitive skin you can dilute it with fractionated coconut oil or another unscented cream or oil. When my elbow acts up I apply the lemongrass first to the painful tendon areas and then rub in Deep Blue Rub around the elbow and along the muscles that attach to the affected tendons.
