[Everything doTERRA] Oregano and Onguard while breastfeeding

I am exclusively breastfeeding my almost three month old. I think I am getting an infection and want to use Frankincense, Oregano, and On guard in a capsule to help fight it off. I have plenty of stored milk to give to my baby while I take these capsules. I will take three a day for 3-4 days. I do have a few questions about doing this.

First, will any of these oils, or the on guard blend decrease my milk supply?

Second, how long should I wait to go back to nursing my baby? I don't want the Oregano or On Guard to upset his tummy. I have read that mothers who have Oregano in their system and nurse have very cranky babies for a while afterwards.

Thanks for any advice and help with this.
