[Everything doTERRA] Leukemia and tumors in cats - any essential oil suggestions?

My 2 year old kitty was just diagnosed with leukemia along with a massive tumor in his lung. He was originally a street cat and tested negative when we found him at about 9 months old in Nov 2012. He's been strictly an indoor cat since then but suddenly in the last 2 weeks his appetite dwindled and he stopped eating. So we brought him to the vet for what we thought would be a simple-solution checkup and now we hear this. :(  
Vet gave him a cortisone injection which has brought his appetite back but the vet said its really just helping him feel comfortable for the time being - gave him anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.
I know Frankincense has been recommended for cancer but how would it be administered for a cat? And especially because this is an internal type cancer (leukemia along with a lung tumor) - would he need to take it internally?
Any advice would be so very much appreciated.
