[Everything doTERRA] Henoch-Schonlein purpura

Hi 

Can anyone help me, i'm from the netherlands and believe alot in essential oils. I have a nephew of 6 years old how lives in zambia and has Henoch-Schonlein purpura , his legs are real bad .

What kind of essential oils can be used for Henoch-Schonlein purpura   ??
