Robyn, I love my oils and use them for me and my pets for everything. But, I'm not foolish to believe that they will cure everything under the sun. If you think it is the thyme then maybe just remove those oils for a while and recheck your BP after a few days or weeks. If its lower then it could be considered a culprit. And people's bodies respond differently to the oils so what happens with you may not happen with others or be a textbook response even. Good luck!
