Thank you! I have a couple of questions hopefully you can answer. Do you start with Gx Assist on Day 1? Also, I have Slim & Sassy oil and would prefer not to have to purchase the softgels. Could I substitute my oil in a veggie cap and if so, how many drops would it be?
