    You may be fine with the lemon essential oil because it is from the lemon rind. It is not the juice.

    My husband is a type 2 diabetic. He is on metaformin, does a shot before
    he eats and a slow acting shot at night. He has started on LLV, he was
    taking one of each. His sugar was doing awesome. Then his sugar started
    going up a liitle more and he upped his LLV to two each. His sugar still
    is a little higher than when he first started the LLV. Seems the more he
    ups the LLV the more his sugar goes up. He has added coriander and basil
    by taking them in the morning.
     
    Before he started the LLV his sugar was running around 130 to 140 in the
    mornings. After he started the LLV his sugar was running around 70 to 100
    in the mornings. Before he eats his sugar is running around 120 or so. I
    know the LLV is helping I just am not sure why his sugar would rise now
    that he has been on the LLV for about three weeks.
     
    Can any one please help me with this. Seems the more we try to lower his
    sugar the more his sugar goes up.

    I'm trying to build a powerpoint for people that don't have health problems.
     
    I, like most of my friends don't have health problem that the use of
    essential oils can fix. We eat vegan or high raw, exercise regularly, and
    practice yoga mediation for stress reduction.
     
    I can't remember the last time one of us got sick.
     
    I understand that if I practice a clean lifestyle and avoid putting toxin
    in my body; I don't want to put a chemically modified factory produced pain
    killer in my body.
     
    So just wondering if someone already put together a powerpoint or youtube
    video for this group/topic?

    Nope I don't, hope you can find something. I also wanted to mention that I
    have friends you are strict plant based eaters, they keep so clean that its
    amazing anything bad could happen. They do however get very ill, as much as
    I wish it were not so, they have had a rough year regardless of what they
    do.
     
    We just do the best we can.

    The aroma touch technique would be great in my opinion. Also when you
    shower massage the lymph areas while soaping yourself.
     
    If you have a small trampoline jump on it 5-10 minutes twice a day. The
    jumping will get the lymph running smoothly.
     
    I then put the aroma touch blend on the lymph areas.
     
    Try these suggestions and see how it works for you.
