I've used helichrysum for many things but the two most prominent memories are when I've used a small drop on a cotton swab rubbed inside of nose to relieve that stuffy feeling I get from allergies. You know when you feel like you need to blow your nose but it doesn't work, it's inflammation and the helichrysum ( I found basil also does this) but I like the helichrysum better.
The other time was when my neighbor was having oral surgery. We put a small amount on the outside of her cheek before her surgery and she hardly had any brushing. She used it a couple of times after it was in a roller bottle I think 5 drops diluted with FCO. She said the doctor wanted to know how she did it when she went back for a check later. She was supposed to have been black and blue all over her face, but you could barely see any discoloration. It also helped with the swelling she was having. She was sold on the benifits. Me too
