[Everything doTERRA] Help with Skin Infection

I just got a message from a friend who wrote:

"help with these skin infections she has, very painful red sores that are swollen with fluid. They are about the size of a nickel or quarter & occur in places prone to irritation like waist line, inner thigh & bra strap region. She currently does nothing but suffer through till the go away on their own, excluding the fluid a she can. Any thoughts?"

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I have some thoughts, but would like to see what you think first...
