Hi! I have Ehlers Danlos and have struggle with lots of pain. Usually I will do 2 drops of Frankincense under my tongue in the morning and then in the evening. However, when I over do it eith excercise my hips hurt terrible and pop. I have found what helps the most is layering lemongrass and then Marjoram. I will have to repeat 2-4 hours later but then the pain is gone. I just bought some Cypress to try because it's suppose to be good for v objective tissue. Hope some of this helps! Beth
