[Everything doTERRA] Ipad

Hi- I need help and wondered if anyone else has had this issue. I bought an iPad to enroll people into Doterra and when I finish the application process it always says "error" application has timed out please re enter again. I have tried and tried and it always says the same thing. I called Apple and we went through everything and it still doesn't work. Has anyone else tried to enroll people with an iPad?
