I would suggest that he start the LLV to get his body into balance. Many others have raved about the health of their sinuses after using Digestzen on them. There are many other oils that would also be healthy for the sinus area: Breathe being a good blend.
I also have found that Frankincense and Balance rubbed on the back of the neck area is a great help to stay pain free in the head.
