[Everything doTERRA] is it ok to use roller bottles for most oils and purposes?

ILOVE the convience of the roller bottle...putting some FCO in it along with some of the essential oils...but is that really the est way to use the oils...or does that delute them too much.  Like for example, I thought it would be nice to have one with peppermint oil and FCO for headaches on the go.  Is that a good use...or not so much?
