Cheryl, my 4 1/2 year old son has Alport Syndrome. From what I have researched, I have learned that Juniper Berry and Lemongrass are both great for the Kidneys. We apply them topically to the kidney area. So far his kidneys have not started to fail. Also, my son was having extreme gross Hematuria daily. Anytime his body fights an infection, his kidneys don't filter properly. For that we use OnGuard daily applied to the bottom of his feet and we use OnGuard Handsanitizers and OnGuard Foaming soap daily. Since we started this protocol, he has been able to truly fight the infections which has greatly helped his gross Hematuria. There are actually days where his urine is clear and before OnGuard he was never clear. So thankful that we found dōTERRA because he was getting sick two to three times a month and since we started dōTERRA, he has only been sick once in the last year and it was a very mild sickness.
