[Everything doTERRA] Re: Recommendations for layering oils

My soon-to-be 2 year old had a cold recently and we layered breathe and lime in his chest and eucalyptus on his feet and it worked wonders! I also put a tiny bit of diluted eucalyptus under his nose at night because he seemed a bit congested at times then runny nose at other times.
We did on guard as well on his feet and breathe and lime in the diffuser. It was a very short-lived cold, maybe 3 days? :)

Hi!  I am new to the oils and trying to figure out the best way to use them for our family, especially my daughter (2 years old).  I am treating her for a cough, congestion/runny nose and I am layering Onguard, Peppermint, Lemon and Oregano using a carrier oil to dilute each.  Is this the right thing to do?  If so, how often can I apply these layers?  Is there a specific order to layer?

I am also using Breathe on her chest with a carrier oil.

Thanks for educating me!
