[Everything doTERRA] Sinus Pressure

what can help sinus pressure?  there is no actual stuffiness or runny nose just the pressure.  We have tried topical melaleuca and lavendar.  Is there anything that can be injested or is it just topical and what else can relieve the pressure?  Thank you
