I also have severe joint issues due to a car crash 4 years ago. I refused to take narcotics because I didn't want to live in a fog so I lived on Alevee, which for my stomach up. I started on LLV and within a few days I noticed a definite difference. It only continued to get better.
I then started using the deep blue rub and white fir as well. Mind you, my pain will never go completely away but this managed it better than anything else and I got off Aleve while only on LLV.
I know you can't use the rub but using LLV might allow white fir and Frank to help more.
Also, if you have any loss of feeling issues or circulation issues due to your joint problems I recommend you keep using frank religiously. I have very limited feeling in my right foot but after using frank regularly I am getting more sensation and the circulation seems to be improving a bit.
