Thanks Heather, I also think we go a bit overboard with using the oils thinking more is better and that is not the case. These oils are powerful and should be treated with respect and be prudent when applying.

I've found cocnut oil, both fractionated coconut oil & organic cocnut oil help greatly. Honey seemed to help to. Wanted a coating.
It's not really a smart way to take OnGuard. In a pill, on the tummy, even on the hand & lick if your okay with a numb toung, on the feet. The outside of the throat with dillution. Like Pat said, they are powerful and should be respected.
We make mistakes and learn and move on.
