As I understand it, PB Assist, and GX Assist are the cleansing blends, recommended to be done quarterly.  

LLV I take daily. 

Zendocrine and Terrazyme as needed.

Of course, everyone is different, but those are the most common use patterns I've seen.

If it helps in sharing with me what to take, I have PCOS and Insulin Resistance.  I use Balance, Elevation, and frankincense every day topically, among many other oils as needed.  I have a glass of water with lemon oil every morning.  And like I already mentioned, I take all the LLV supplements daily, broken down three times a day with meals.  I've never done the 10-day detox I've read about.  I just recently started adding Slim & Sassy again, but I'm struggling to remember that one and I've not been consistent yet.
