I would set specific time for my presentation, start on time and end on time. That was those who need to leave can and the others can stay and learn. This happens a lot at our events and its not a bad thing. Another thing you could do it tell them you need to have the event end at __________. This gives you an out.

I know when I have done events for hearing impaired it just takes longer, and they all want to see the questions asked and then they all want to know the answers. It is extremely rewarding but just set some boundaries that work for you.

I am deaf, so a lot of my friends lives far and they cannot come every week.
