Re: [Everything doTERRA] rotator cuff

Frankincense has helped me avoid further steroids injection when I was not improving after my shoulder surgery and I was starting to have again so much pain that I couldn't do the physical therapy. I had been using other oils with a little improvement on the pain, but not the stiffness. As soon as I started using frankincense, I started finally improving my range of motion. Even my therapist was shocked at how fast I was regaining the use of my shoulder.
I would put a couple drops of frankincense on each shoulder followed by deep blue, or basil, or lemongrass or cypress or even peppermint.
I can now lift my kids again!
Since I have been taking the LLV, I have been needing to use the frankincense less often.
For me, frankincense was the oil that brought me back to my life!

First I would not be ingesting white fir for this. If you are going to take an oil internally I would suggest Frankincense for the inflammation. Then I would put lemon grass and Helichrysum (only) on affected area. Give this protocol at least five days to see the effectiveness. I would do two drops under the tongue, twice a day, apply the oils 2-3 times a day. If you want to see success be vigilant in applying the oils.
The Birch is only available once a year, usually in the fall. Hopefully we will start getting it all of the time soon.

I have been suffering with a painful shoulder for about 10 months. It is definitely positional but is becoming chronic. I have NOT had a diagnosis, but from what I have read, believe it may be rotator cuff. I have tried deep blue, helichrysum, peppermint, lavender, white fir, and eucalyptus (oils I have in stock) topically-and white fir under tongue and peppermint on roof of mouth or in water; I take a lesser dose of LLV daily. I've experienced limited, temporary relief. I may not have been being as consistent as I should be. It is difficult to apply around the entire painful area (difficult to get dressed also). I'm ordering cypress, marjoram, aromatouch, lemongrass and ginger. I wanted to order birch but do not find it on my dropdown menu. Is it temporarily out of stock? Am I blind to it? Maybe add wintergreen to the mix? Three days ago I had one of those intense "flairs" that caused me to double over and see stars, it has presented with a chronic, constant, gnawing pain ever since. Should I be ingesting other oils? Welcoming all feedback.
