We have used that same protocol for my 25 year old daughter who has had horrible allergies for 20 years
It worked the first time and she uses it a lot

We use equal parts Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint either in a veggie cap or just in a small shot of water...2-3 drops of each as needed. Works like a charm for all I know who use it;) I personally use it almost everyday...We fondly call this our Allergy Shooter
