Sounds like she is reactive to them not necessarily overdosing. one drop of each shouldn't have been enough to cause an issue. Has she tried just one drop of one oil to see if she reacts. Is she drinking this or applying it topically? It may be it is just too much of lemon for her body to deal with. Trying another method of administration may work.

Is it possible to overdose on the oils? I have a friend who has been taking the liver cleanse of a fresh squeezed lemon with lemon and peppermint oil for several months. She got misinformation and took several drops of lemon and peppermint each time over a period of several months. Over a period of several months of taking this recipe, she became very sick! She traced it all back to the oils and stopped taking them for the liver cleanse, then she became well again. After a period of 3 weeks, she decided to see if she could begin taking the cleanse again, but this time only take 1 drop of peppermint and 1 drop of lemon. Within an hour she was very sick again! Is is possible for a person to overdose? What might I tell her so that she can heal her body from this overdose, if that is what it is? I have never heard of anyone overdosing or getting sick from the oils.--
