[Everything doTERRA] Re: Digestive issues, nothing helping!

Hi Vikki,
I agree with the natural calm magnesium, it's in powder form, so very
easily assimilated! Peter Migillins, raspberry flavor is best, or the
one with calcium too, she's probably low in both. Vitacost. com you
can save big time! I would also try the tiny grain Amaranth, at least
once a day, soaked and cooked with water like a porridge. It is
amazing!!!! And digestzen rubbed in clockwise motion over abdomen,
several times a day. Plenty of water is crucial here too! Half her
body weight in ounces. Has she tried foot zoning? Where does she live?
Helps every time!!!
