Thank you Pat.  She has used Oregano internally before, I think from the health food store (we have a local oregano oil company and lots of people use it here).   She was on a heavy duty drug protocol and was told she kicked it but when she ran out of HCI for six weeks it appears to have made a comeback.  The doctor didn't tell and she didn't think to get rid of her toothbrush so she thinks she may have re-infected herself that way or when her stomach acid dropped off that it just made a comeback.   I just met her in a store today so don't have all the details and I've never worked with H. Pylori before.  Sounds like it's been a battle for a long time and was undiagnosed.  I said I'd get back to her by Monday so perhaps someone else has a testimonial.
