For headaches, I would make sure she is getting enough fluids first before using the oils because her blood volume is changing. It is pretty common for pregnant some to experience headaches because of this. Also, headache in pregnancy can be the body telling the mother that more minerals are needed or that there is a vitamin deficiency, so I would talk with her about that and then if she is still having problems, I would go to the oils and use past tense wherever the headache is and roll it across the back of the neck, too.
