bandaged it, and she is in a sling until they can evaluate whether she
needs surgery or just a cast--probably a week (welcome to Canada). We
can't remove the bandage. Her fingers are all swollen, but it's not
painful unless it's bumped. (Bearing in mind that she has some
neuropathy, so may not feel as much pain as other people.)
I'm looking for some ideas on how to use oils to help with the
swelling and the fracture. The entire arm is bandaged, from the
shoulder to the hand.
Here is what my SIL is doing at her house: Deep Blue, Birch and
Cypress in the palm of the hand, and Deep Blue and Birch on the
shoulder. These are the closest points to the fracture that we have
access to, outside the bandage. Once I have her at my house later
today, I will add in Helichrysum to this protocol.
What else can we or should we be doing?
