Lime is an oil that my family uses frequently. Recently at a family reunion I thought I would run out because of sharing. It works great for a stuffy nose for my family. We use it by rubbimg just a drop across the bridge of oir nose and down onto the bone under our eyes or across oir forehead. Both of those places are where you have sinus cavities. It smells great to us. Remember to be very careful in the sun following this application. If you are on vacation maybe there is an allergen in that area that is a trigger for your body. Have a fun time for the rest of tour vacarion.
