I was recently certified in the Aroma Touch Technique, which is a clinical method for applying essential oils. It uses eight different doTERRA essential oils and blends, one blend of which is called Aroma Touch. The Aroma Touch Technique uses light massage to aid in applying the oils on the spine, neck, and crown of the head.
For what you're talking about with your elbow, the AromaTouch Technique really wouldn't apply. It's more about achieving a state of homeostasis in your body as a whole. But that certainly doesn't mean the Aroma Touch oil blend can't be used outside of the Aroma Touch Technique.
