I called doTERRA and had the person who answered type my "suggestion" in to the computer. I figure if we keep calling in, and suggesting the same thing, doTERRA will do just that if only to make us stop calling and tieing up the help, lol. If this issue bothers you as well, I suggest you do the same, and get your team members to do it too. Took less than 5 minutes, but if 5000 IPC's call in to make that suggestion, that is alot of wasted time.

Another administrational failure.
Can anyone explain why doTERRA refuse to release important information
before it's too late? I recall the introduction videos suggesting
that the Autoship order be on the 1st of the month. Having met
similar frustrations before, I have now changed the date to be much
later.
A very simple solution would be.. in advance of the month, doTERRA
actually advise their IPCs what the free oils and other promo's will
be.
