[Everything doTERRA] Re: I am so irritated!

I'm also perturbed by this. I live in Japan and needed to have my
order shipped and to me before the 8th if possible. I purposefully put
the date for the 1st thinking that there might be the possibility of
Saturday hours. I am $40 away from the $200 and debated on a few
additional items I wanted to try but decided against. I would totally
have gotten them if I had known. The problem I have is the fact that
my calendar is a day ahead of the USA and as such when I'm changing my
autoship (this is only my second one) I had to have it done by Sept
30th but this was actually the 29th in the USA. DoTERRA goes by where
you live so in actuality we did not even get the specials on the 1st
but on the 2nd. I will be staying up late Monday night (as in past
midnight) so I can get a call into the office first thing on morning.
I have never called them (Does anyone know what number I call?) and I
am hopeful it has not shipped or that an additional order can be
"added".

The frustrating part is that the literature tells us that any order
over $125 will receive a free gift that month (if you are using the
autoship). I wasn't worried about the 10% off selection (I'd like to
get that now though) since I am still very new to the oils and such
but I just figured that with my order being over the $125 AND it was
before the 15th that the office would just automatically add the free
product to my order. I guessed wrong I see.

I hope if there are some who are decision makers with the company and
read this will see the benefit of a little advanced notice for the
following month regarding monthly specials. In my view it really
doesn't make sense not to since the specials run for those who order
before the 15th of the month anyway. It's not like they will wait to
put their order in because of the special the following month.

Live and Learn. Not bitter or upset just a little frustrated is all. I
really don't have the option to send the whole package back and wait
for a replacement. Getting packages here is sometimes a true lesson in
patience. Some come within a week and others can take 2 months. :)
