[Everything doTERRA] preffered cusomer question

I did a class today and i was for sure that i had read prefered
customers (but cannot remember where) if they signed up as prefered
customer for 10 that if they changed their mind later that they could
and just be out 25.00 now i'm reading a few blogs here that say thats
not the case. I had 2 sign up as prefered customers today but haven't
placed an order yet where planning on doing tomorow. At least 1
thought she might like to change to ipc so do i need to tell her
differently tomorw and just try to call doterra for her if she wants
to change her mind to ipc. I have to be honest and say there is a few
small errors I have found along this path just in the tech. stuff, or
maybe I should just say misinformation. I would never want to mislead
someone and I thought I had this part clear i had heard it in several
things I can't remember if it's the dvd or webinars or where. Is there
a place that others use that is a clear cut review of the details.
