He said that the parents were waiting for a bone marrow transplant that has only been performed 18 times previously to try to cure the disease (all on other children, of course!)
These parents are beside themselves. Can you imagine when you go to change your baby's diaper, and you wipe their little bottom, and all the skin comes off with the wipe?
I don't know these people personally, I know the mom's brother. Is there anything I can suggest for them? Baby is a couple of months old.
