It's just a customer number that everyone automatically gets, and yes he can still sign up under you when he's ready.

Ok another question. It lists a member id for him but he indicated he wasn't going to sign up as an advocate until he got the products. Looking at his order he did not order an enrollment kit or pay for membership. Is everyone assigned an ID when they order? Can I still sign him up under me?
