i seem to be over sensitive to wintergreen,   cannot use it

and at times need something for muscle spasms in the back.

heat helps and some homeopathic arnica tabs under tongue.

is there anything else that would help  this sort of  back pain.  

really like doterra oils,  have not been using them very long

but they do get good results.  much better than drugstore pills

and less harmful to the body.
