Add 1-2 C of Epsom Salts, Baking Soda, raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the "mother" to water as hot as you can stand. Soak for at least 20 minutes or until the water cools.
Lemon in your water before breakfast would be good, too.
You might also try one or more of DoTerra's cleanses and slowly add in probiotics.
