[Everything doTERRA] Unusual bleeding

I have a friend that is experiencing unusual bleeding from her uterus.  She is scheduled for surgery in early July for a hysterectomy. Are there any oils or supplements she should avoid that may cause the bleeding to worsen or cause complications? Thought I remembered something about the EOMega in the LLV pack.Any advice?
