THANK YOU. I GUESS WITH IT BEING SUCH A STRONG OIL IM HAVING RESERVES USING IT INTERNALLY. CAN THIS CAUSE STOMACH/DIGESTIVE UPSET?

Don't worry so much , just drop 6-8 drops in the capsule if you get some on it , wipe it off . Take it right away, some like to take it with food and others just take it. You have to be consistent and don't make the capsules ahead, they will melt.
