[Everything doTERRA] Helping baby sleep through the night

I have an 11 month old and we recently moved and relocated which brought a lot of change to our family. I use the cry it out method if my son wakes up in the night and tha seems to help him establish it's night time I need to go back to bed. Before bedtime we bath him in calming California baby soap and then rub him with the same lotion. After that we put doterra essential oils in his humidifier. I haven't purchased a diffuser yet. When he has a cold I drop breathe and lavender and on guard in there I change up the drops depending on severity. On regular nights especially now that we have moved I use Melissa and on guard and that seems to work wonders. We haven't had any late night wake ups this week. Sometimes I dab a little lavender on the bottom of his feet too to keep him relaxed. I have a calming spray that I use to spray our pillows and backs and wrists and feet as well. My 7 year old requests it every night. We have absolutely enjoyed learning all the different ways oils can help our family. Hope this helps. You have to play around with it to see what works best for each child. :)) happy oiling!
