let me know how this works for you taking one a day because i have a lady that has asked me about oils for hormonal issues and i don't want her to have her take phytoes and become a crazy woman!  besides that i just ordered some and I don't want to become a crazy woman either! (too late?)

Ahhhhhhh!  It's not working!  I am soooo dang irritable, mean, sarcastic when I take these. (Jon keeps asking what's wrong with me. and each time he asks me that, I just wanna slap him!) I won't, but I really want to!)   I've only taken them for 2 days, so no more today. 

I'm trying to figure out why I have this kind of reaction to these supplements.  Has anyone else experienced this?!?!  Please let me know.  It's crazy!!
