It was in the modern essential book. It says 2-5drops each oregano, on guard, frankincense (followed with lemon and peppermint) on bottoms of feet every 2 hours.
I never did the lemon and peppermint for some reason...
I just did 8-10 drops each in the small spray bottle and filled with FCO
The foot soak was great with Epsom salts. 2-4 drops each in the soak.
