[Everything doTERRA] UTI and bedwetting in 3 year old.

My 3 year old keeps having accidents. She was treated for a UTI but I
don't know if that was really the problem. I have to diaper her at
night and at nap time. She wakes up with a FULL diaper (pee) and it
has a strong PEE odor.
after she finished her antibiotics, her wetting was less. Then we
took her off of milk and it stopped. Recently she started having more
accidents. She is still dairy free.
I am not sure what to do.
When she had her urine tested, the only thing that came up was high
protein.
Any ideas????
