Start the LLV first. If you take it and don't have any symptoms other
than burping then you can start the GX Assist. I recommend starting
right before the weekend if you get them off because sometimes the first
day or two you need the bathroom more but that doesn't happen to
everyone. After you are done with the GX then start the PB. Don't do
those two at the same time.
