[Everything doTERRA] Post Hysterectomy Vaginal Atrophy & Hormone Therapy

Had a complete hysterectomy 4/09, taken Premerin until 3 months ago,
stopped all hormone replacement meds, vaginal atrophy and painful
(impossible) intercourse now. Is it estrogen deficiency or
progesterone deficiency or combination? Just signed up with doTerra
and need guidance on protocol to get me back on my feet. Other
symptoms are extreme fatigue, mental confusion, depression, anxiety,
no libido, ADD symptoms (overwhelm all of the time). Help! Anyone!!
(Hysterectomy needed after tubal ligation caused complications, 8
children, 2 miscarriages)
