I can tell you what has helped me b/c my heart has started to beat
like crazy sometimes...I layer the following:
2-3 drops Marjoram (over heart, below left ring finger &bottom of my
left foot below ring toe)
2-3 drops Ylang Ylang (same places)
2-3 drops Lavender or Serenity (same places)
Occasionally I apply these same oils to my carotid arteries as well as
along my neck and back of my neck...if it's beating like it's gonna
jump out of my chest...this combo works within about 2-3 minutes for
me:)
