I am a nursing mother as well. I use On Guard regularly and have not
noticed any ill side effects with my milk supply. I HAVE noticed it
helps give me a little energy, though, when my baby has kept me up at
night. =) Also, I have diffused On Guard in my home as well as putting
it directly on my baby (as well as on my barely turned 4 year old and
my 7 year old.) I put it on their feet (undiluted) and it has worked
wonders for knocking out colds and such. Because my baby likes to chew
her toes, I do put socks on her after applying the On Guard, though,
since it is such a hot oil. Hope this info helps! Happy oiling!!
