Pasteurized or fresh juice?  Any particular brand if not fresh?  What about food during the day?

I have used a gallbladder cleanse that works well. 1 quart tomato
juice and a quart of sauerkraut juice mixed. Drink one quart day one
and the other quart day two. You can choose to drink it quickly or
throughout the day. Adding a couple drops of lemon oil makes it a
stronger cleanse. I would suggest not having plans for a couple days,
other than staying at home.
